18k Mothers day pendant/broach birthstone heart

Designed by Our customer, this piece incorporates both hand fabricating and lost wax casting. The piece is all 18k white gold and the rose is a 3 piece red with green gold leaves.

It has both a hidden bail and hand fabricated pin back to make this piece versatile.

The heart shaped basket settings were custom made to fit the stones which are all natural heart shaped gemstones. Diamond, amethysts, topaz and Opal.
