introduction and a few thoughts
My name is Bob Brucker and my partner is Carol Ahern.
We design and manufacture fine custom jewelry and accessories from our Shop in Oregon. We have over 35 years of experience in custom jewelry design & manufacture. We have a strong base of satisfied customers in real life and since 2001 have made a lot of happy customers over the internet . (
Our shop and cabin are surrounded by the peace and tranquility one might expect living in a forest setting in Oregon.... crystal clear mountain lakes, rivers and creeks with an abundance of wildlife and plenty of fresh air. We feel this more secluded environment away from the world's interruptions best compliment our lifestyle and helps nurture our creativity and reduces stress.
We offer our customers a unique and fine experience without pressure or sales gimmicks. We believe the customer should not make their buying decision on impulse or some psychological marketing trickery to induce submission ... that only works for merchandise that is off the rack. We have no racks, everything is made to order and custom and, we do it in the customers budget. (it's even better than a sale).
Our 35 years in business with not one return or dissatisfied customer speaks of our commitment to "excellence" and a level of customer service exceeding expectations as only a small independent shop can offer.
Having a master goldsmith (Carol) perform the work, and do it correctly is a key ingredient in our successful track record and of course, we would not be successful if not for our fine customers who don't mind spending a few extra dollars for quality craftsmanship and an investment worth owning.
